1. Click the Delete Icon from the User Dashboard.
   

   

2. Confirm Action: Are you sure you want to delete this user? Click OK.

NOTE: Deleted user data remains securely stored for as long as the organization maintains an active license. The user loses access to the application, but their email can be restored at a later date.
